E-LINE Product Preparation

NEPh E-Line in its various product varieties as the product for Wasted Waters, the product for Garbage and Composting or the one for Hydrocarbons and solvents, is a mixture of bacteria, enzymes, co-enzymes, holygomineral liquids, natural mending elements that are:

·          Able to transform complex organic substances in simpler ones thanks to activation of humic agents and biocatalysts which have a positive effect on decomposing and transforming organic substances.

·          Capable of accelerating the oxidation process and the deodorization of wastewaters in treatment plants in a natural and non toxic way by restabilizing the biomass responsible for purification, thus optimizing the BOD and the COD at the treatment plant outlet.

·          Allowing easing and increasing the humic activity promoting the balance between the creation of humus and its mineralization, therefore the product is a strong biodegradator, which mends, balances and speeds up the biomass.

Use:                                         Composting garbage dumps, rejection of mills and cellars, residues of slaughterhouses, etc.

Treatment of wastewaters from public or private water-treatment plants, sewers of buildings, septic sumps, public or private sewage, disencrusting and deodorization of pipes.

Treatment of grounds polluted by hydrocarbons and their by-products.

Treatment of waste waters output of industrial processes. Washings of hydrocarbon cisterns and reservoirs.

Method of use (*):                     1. Dilute bags 1 and 2 in 10 liters (aprox 2 gallons) of tepid water at 35 ° to 40 °C (95 to 104 °F) and mix the solution strongly. Let the mixture rest for 1 hour.

2.  Prepare a clean container filled with 400 in 600 liters (88 to 132 gallons) of clean water.

3.  Pour the preparation you obtained into the container and add the product 3, the one in the bottle, (starter), mixing everything. Product is ready.

4.  Distribute evenly the mixture on the areas to be treated or vaporize it on the walls of hydrocarbons cisterns or reservoirs, or pour everything into the inlet duct of the water treatment plant or directly in the septic tank, or distribute uniformly the mixture onto the surface of the organic substance to be treated in layers of 20 cm to 180 cm (8 to 70 inches) at most.

If it is sprayed under pressure it is important that pressure not to exceed 1,5 ATM, as a strong pressure will damage the bacteria.

If not all the prepared product is used it may be kept for 24 hours protecting it from extreme cold or high temperature without losing its efficiency

Effects:                                     Conservation of the environment - Purification of ponds and waterways contaminated by hydrocarbons and their by-products - Conservation of zones and grounds contaminated by hydrocarbons and their by-products - Restoration of biologic activity.

Quantity:                                   A pack of product is needed for 100 m3 of organic substance or for the equivalent of 1000 inhabitants in water-treatment plants or for containers having a surface of 1000 m2 or for 10 000 m2 of grounds to be treated or for 100 m3 of organic substance or for degrading 30 kg of hydrocarbons.

Environmental impact:               The product has no negative effect on the environment given that it is of purely biological nature. The reaction of the product can be considered neutral.

(*) In the case of demonstrations, if not all the content of the package is needed it is important to remember that the minimum dosage to be used is ¼ of each component of the box. In particular the bag 1 needs to be mixed accurately to assure the presence of all the families of bacteria.

It is also fundamental that the unused product to be sealed carefully as the air humidity will wake up the bacteria that having no food will perish in very few hours.
